Linda is a visionary leadership expert with over 25 years of experience working with organizations to evaluate leadership needs and build leadership potential through assessment, coaching and consulting. Facilitates vision and strategy sessions to identify future direction and the leadership competencies and skills needed to build leaders of the future. Facilitates sessions to evaluate business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and helps businesses be resilient, adaptable, and visionary during this changing time. Identifies Diversity, Gender and Inclusion issues in organizations and establishes baseline measures to track progress. Works with leaders to build skills in change management, workplace conflict, teambuilding and building a culture of inclusive excellence. Coaches leaders on strategic thinking, power, executive presence and influence, holding others accountable, handling emotions and managing change. Certified in assessing leadership competencies and strengths, communication styles, change leadership style and emotional intelligence, Linda coaches C-suite executives and middle managers to identify their blind spots, manage their time, and to achieve higher levels of success. Dr. Liang has worked on four grants for the National Science Foundation to promote leadership competencies and coach diverse leaders in STEM fields.

Dr. Patricia Arredondo

Dr. Patricia Arredondo is President of the Arredondo Advisory Group specializing in diversity management strategy planning and implementation primarily in the higher education space. She introduces her well-established models for inclusive identities, cultural competence, community building, and the application of “scorecards” for recruitment and retention initiatives with partner institutions. A licensed psychologist, former president of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Chicago campus, and Dean of the School of Continuing Education with the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Patricia is author of more than 100 publications and widely recognized for her contributions as a servant leader. She is a Faculty Fellow with Fielding Graduate University. Dr. Arredondo and Dr. Liang partner to create Inclusive Excellence evaluations and workshops for corporations, higher education institutions and other entities.
