I am an executive and leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit world, including the food industry, utilities, banking, manufacturing, and higher education. I work with executive teams and individuals to enhance their leadership skills, engagement, and potential. I use leadership assessment tools to get to know you, your leadership strengths and your heart’s desires. Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential (International Coach Federation 2021). We will work together to identify your blind spots and take risks in a safe and supportive environment to achieve even greater levels of success.
